I have to start by telling you how excited it makes me to know you have decided to follow my blog or are at least curious about it. If you haven’t hit subscribe yet… then clearly I am not drawing you in with my amazing use of Font scripting, so let’s dig a little deeper shall we?
Where does one begin?
Integrity In Heels blog was created with one idea in mind. It was a place to harbor the crazy. When you are the owner of 3 companies, have 4 kids, and a partridge in a pear tear… there tends to be a need to let a little crazy out. Well… this was mine.
I am a self-proclaim entrepreneur addict. The best way to define that is I have an incredible need to create and grow. Whether it is personally or professionally my life functions on my ability to just make an impulsive choice and jump. For example: I opened Integrity Insurance Services at 9 months pregnant. Because that clearly is the time to make all major life decisions.
I jump most of the time face first and build my parachute on the way down. Sometimes it saves me… sometimes I break some bones. However the moral of the story is I survive. I survive and I live.
My passion for blogging first started when I realized that there were other people in my space who felt and displayed the same “realness” as me but didn’t have the confidence to create a platform in which to use it. So sorry folks… I decided that my opinions and feelings were too great to be silenced. Hence… you ready this here.
After a 12 year agent career I wouldn’t change the unfoldings of my life. I have 4 amazing children who challenge me and push me to show them they can always work harder and they too can breathe fire. I have an amazing tribe that doesn’t allow this #hotmess to bail when things get too hot in the kitchen.
Moral of the story I am #hashtagblessed (as Rachel Cruz would say).
This blog is me at my real, it is the no apology no hold back that most millennial business owners won’t give you. I hope you enjoy the freedom in this blog as much as I have enjoyed the freedom in which I am able to write it.
